We will be shipping UK orders only. Last UK order date for orders to arrive before Christmas 2021 is 13th December.
UK delivery is £3.95 or £2.50 for smaller items (mainly cards). Items are sent Royal Mail first class which is usually 1-2 working days. However Royal Mail does not consider post lost until 10 days has passed and very occasionally it does take longer to arrive. We can not follow up missing items until 10 working days has passed.
Your order will have a delivery confirmation reference, which will show if delivery has been attempted.
Free UK shipping on orders over £50. Orders are sent 48 hour tracked which is a fully tracked service.
Feel free to contact us if you have a query over when your order will be despatched. We use flat rate postage which has been calculated on an average; some items may cost more or less to post. We do not make a profit on the postage overall. Our postage cost is non-negotiable - our postage cost is clear at the point of purchase and we will not refund any orders which cost less to post.
Returns will be accepted within 28 days of dispatch.
Papermash Ltd will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact. Please include a copy of your original invoice and obtain proof of postage. Please return to: Flat 3, 89 Sarsfeld Road, London, SW12 8HT.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order has arrived damaged please email us at email@example.com with photographs of the damage.
If your order has not arrived, please first check the delivery confirmation reference (sent in your despatch email) on the Royal Mail website. The tracking information is extremely reliable, and if the order is showing as delivered, this may mean that the parcel is hidden in your garden, behind the gas meter or in your usual safe place!
