Please contact us on info@papermash.co.uk or 0797 0945477 for special requests or next-day delivery. *Please note that we can not currently offer next-day delivery.*
UK delivery is £3.25. Shipping to Australia, the US, Canada and Japan is £10. ROW shipping, excluding South Africa, is £5.00. Please note this is not a tracked service. Unfortunately, due to recurring delivery problems, we only offer delivery to South Africa as a fully tracked service, which costs £12. Orders are sent out within two working days.
For international customers, please note that delivery can take up to 3 weeks, and we can not follow up orders until this time has passed. We do not recommend placing an order if you require your order sooner. European orders may arrive sooner, usually within two weeks.
Orders will be sent out within two working days.
Returns
Returns will be accepted within 28 days of dispatch. Papermash Ltd will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact. Please include a copy of your original invoice and obtain proof of postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
