Please note that as the leather is unprocessed, it may have natural marks on it. The leather will develop a natural patina over time - and can be buffed to maintain its appearance. Full care instructions are enclosed.

We despatch orders within one working day, using Royal Mail first class post.
UK delivery is £3.95 or £2.50 for smaller items (mainly cards). This is not a tracked service. Occasionally, we will use Parcelforce for heavy items, which will add a few days to the delivery time. Your order should arrive 1-2 working days after it is posted, but we can not follow up any queries until at least 7 days has passed.
Orders over £30 qualify for free postage, which is Royal Mail Second class but if you need the item sooner, at checkout there should also be the option to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class.
International delivery to Europe is £5 (non-tracked), with the option to pay for tracked delivery at £8. Please do not contact us to track your order if you have not selected the trackable option.
International delivery outside Europe is £20 (tracked).
For international customers, please note that delivery can take up to 3 weeks, and we can not follow up orders until this time has passed. We do not recommend placing an order if you require your order sooner. European orders may arrive sooner, usually within two weeks, but our follow-up date remains at 3 weeks as we have sometimes had parcels take longer that 2 weeks to arrive.
We can sometimes help with same-day or next-day delivery; please email or call for details.
Feel free to contact us if you have a query over when your order will be despatched. We use flat rate postage; some items may cost more or less to post. We do not make a profit on the postage overall. Our postage cost is non-negotiable - our postage cost is clear at the point of purchase and we will not refund any orders which cost less to post.
Returns will be accepted within 28 days of dispatch. Papermash Ltd will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact.
