UK delivery for parcels is £3.95 for standard delivery, 3-5 working days or £5.50 for express delivery which is 1-2 working days. Both are fully tracked and you will be sent a tracking reference. Orders over £50 qualify for standard delivery.
Large letter items are £2.50 for standard delivery are sent Royal Mail first class which is usually 1-2 working days. However Royal Mail does not consider post lost until 10 days has passed and very occasionally it does take longer to arrive. We can not follow up missing items until 10 working days has passed. There is an option to select tracked delivery which is £3.95 which will arrive within 1-2 days and we can follow up immediately if it does not arrive in this timescale.

Returns will be accepted within 28 days of dispatch.
Papermash Ltd will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact. Please include a copy of your original invoice and obtain proof of postage. Please return to: Flat 3, 89 Sarsfeld Road, London, SW12 8HT.

If your order has arrived damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of the damage.
If your order has not arrived, please first check the delivery confirmation reference (sent in your despatch email) on the Royal Mail website. The tracking information is extremely reliable and GPS tracked, and if the order is showing as delivered, this may mean that the parcel is hidden in your garden, behind the gas meter or in your usual safe place!
This item has not appeared and it has been 2 weeks. I have emailed you to enquire where it is but have had no reply. The fact you are now asking me to review a product I have paid for and not received is laughable. Terrible terrible customer service
Hi Alexandra, due to the Coronavirus crisis, there are delays with Royal Mail, and our review emails are automated. We did not receive any enquiry from you about the order being missing. I have in this case refunded you for your order as we will not be able to send this again. Thanks.
