Please note we are on a short holiday and next despatching orders on 22nd August.

UK delivery  for parcels is £3.95 for standard delivery, 3-5 working days. This is fully tracked and you will be sent a tracking reference. Orders over £50 qualify for standard delivery, this is sent Royal Mail Second Class which is untracked.

Large letter items are £2.50 for standard delivery are sent Royal Mail first class which is usually 1-2 working days.

Please note that Royal Mail does not consider post lost until 10 days has passed and very occasionally it does take longer to arrive. We can not follow up missing untracked items until 10 working days has passed.

Feel free to contact us if you have a query over when your order will be despatched. 

Returns will be accepted within 28 days of dispatch. 

Papermash Ltd will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact. Please include a copy of your original invoice and obtain proof of postage. Please return to: Flat 3, 89 Sarsfeld Road, London, SW12 8HT.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery problems

If your order has arrived damaged please email us at info@papermash.co.uk with photographs of the damage.

If your order has not arrived, please first check the delivery confirmation reference (sent in your despatch email) on the Royal Mail website. The tracking information is extremely reliable and GPS tracked, and if the order is showing as delivered, this may mean that the parcel is hidden in your garden, behind the gas meter or in your usual safe place!
