Please note that Royal Mail are operating with delays so your order may take a few extra days to arrive. Although many orders are arriving within normal timescales of 1-2 days, some have taken up to two weeks to arrive, and we can not follow up until the two week period has passed. Please check the delivery confirmation reference in your despatch email, which will show whether delivery has been attempted.
We normally despatch orders within one working day, which may be the day after you place your order, using Royal Mail first class post.
UK delivery is £3.95 or £2.50 for smaller items (mainly cards). This is not a tracked service.
Feel free to contact us if you have a query over when your order will be despatched. We use flat rate postage which has been calculated on an average; some items may cost more or less to post. We do not make a profit on the postage overall. Our postage cost is non-negotiable - our postage cost is clear at the point of purchase and we will not refund any orders which cost less to post.
We are sending out orders to Europe only, however please expect delays of up to 4 weeks. This is a fully tracked service which costs £12.
Returns will be accepted within 28 days of dispatch. Papermash Ltd will provide a full refund, excluding postage. Items must be returned unopened, with packaging intact. If your order has arrived damaged please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photographs of the damage.
If your order has not arrived, please first check the delivery confirmation reference (sent in your despatch email) on the Royal Mail website. The tracking information is extremely reliable, and if the order is showing as delivered, this may mean that the parcel is hidden in your garden, behind the gas meter or in your usual safe place!
